Return Policy
All orders are Cash on Delivery. You can check the product before you pay.
- Returns are accepted only while the delivery person is with you. Please open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery person.
- If you don't want the product, return it to the delivery person right away. You only pay the delivery charge, not the product price.
- If the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered (wrong colour or quantity), tell the delivery person and return it on the spot. You will not be charged anything, and we will send the correct product.
- Once the delivery person has left and the payment is complete, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- For any problem during delivery, call or WhatsApp our hotline before the delivery person leaves.
Privacy Policy
What we collect: your name, mobile number and delivery address, plus the package and colours you order.
How we use it: only to confirm your order by phone, deliver it, and contact you about it. We share your name, number and address with our courier partner so they can deliver the parcel.
What we never do: we never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Advertising: we use the Facebook Pixel to measure how our ads perform. Your phone number and name are encrypted (hashed) before being sent, so Facebook cannot read them.
Your choice: if you want us to delete your information, contact us on our hotline or WhatsApp and we will remove it.
